Permitted use
Use SpectBill to create legitimate invoices, quotes and business records for work you are authorised to document. Check the content and recipient before sharing it.
Prohibited activity
Do not create fraudulent invoices, impersonate another business, misrepresent a payment, distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the service to facilitate scams or spam.
Personal information
Only enter customer information you are entitled to process. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information in invoices, notes and support enquiries.
Technical abuse
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or misuse a future email or payment integration. Unlimited paid plans, if activated, are subject to reasonable use for ordinary business administration.
Reporting a concern
Report suspected misuse to support@spectbillltd.store with enough detail to investigate. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or unrelated personal information.
