About this policy

Documents and browser storage
The local edition stores documents, clients, your business profile and interface preferences in your browser’s local storage. This application does not upload those records to a SpectBill database. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to view them. Clearing site data can permanently remove local records.
Website hosting
The hosting provider processes network requests when you visit this website, which can include your IP address, browser details, requested paths and technical logs. External font requests may be made to Google Fonts.
Contact and billing
If you email support, the information you send is processed to respond to your enquiry. If a payment provider is connected, it will handle checkout information under its own privacy notice. SpectBill does not collect card numbers in the local checkout form.
Purposes and retention
Contact information may be used to respond to enquiries, manage a requested service and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Local documents remain in your browser until you delete them or clear site data. Email and billing records are retained only as needed for their purpose and applicable obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can export a local backup, delete individual documents or clear all local workspace data in Settings. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to the relevant data protection authority. Contact support to exercise rights concerning information we hold.
