Service scope
SpectBill provides document creation and local record-management tools. This edition does not provide a cloud account, bank account, payment processing, automatic email delivery or accounting advice. Features connected in the future must be described accurately before purchase.
Your information and documents
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and suitability of business details, customer information, calculations, tax treatment and payment instructions. Preview documents before sending them. Do not upload content that infringes another person’s rights.
Local storage and backups
Data saved in this edition stays in your browser profile. It can be lost if you clear browser data, use private browsing, change devices or lose access to your device. Export backups regularly. A local profile is not a secure authenticated cloud account.
Subscriptions and payment
A paid subscription is formed only through an enabled billing provider after clear disclosure of plan, currency, billing interval, applicable tax, renewal and cancellation terms. This edition’s order review does not charge your card or activate a paid service.
Cancellation and refunds
See the Subscription Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the tools useful and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every document is suitable for every legal or tax situation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate entries or failure to keep backups. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service changes. Material changes affecting an active paid agreement should be communicated through the billing or contact channel associated with that agreement. Questions can be sent to our support email.
