Local workspace

The browser-local Free workspace has no recurring charge. You can stop using it at any time, export your records and delete local data in Settings.

Cancelling an active subscription

If live subscriptions have been enabled and you have purchased one, use the manage-subscription link provided by the billing provider. If you cannot access it, email support@spectbillltd.store with your purchase email and order reference.

Timing

Request cancellation before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect according to the billing period and confirmation provided by the payment provider. Keep your cancellation confirmation for your records.

Existing access and charges

Unless the purchase terms or applicable law require otherwise, cancellation ends future renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Previous charges are considered separately under the Refund Policy.

Your documents

Export any records you need before closing a service account or removing local browser data. This edition stores its workspace on your device and does not retain an online backup.
