About paid services
Paid subscriptions are available only after a live billing provider and service activation system are connected. The current browser workspace is a local edition and does not pretend to activate a paid account.
Billing and renewal
When live billing is enabled, paid plans renew at the interval selected at checkout until cancelled. Annual prices reflect a 20% discount on twelve monthly payments. The payment provider must disclose applicable taxes and the final payable amount.

Can I create an invoice without an account?
Yes. Use the invoice or quote generator directly in your browser. You can preview and print your document or choose Save as PDF in your browser print dialog.
Where are my records stored?
This downloadable edition stores documents, clients and your business profile in this browser on this device. It does not sync between devices. Export backups before clearing browser data.
Can I add my logo and change the design?
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPEG logo, choose a template and select a brand colour in the document editor. The preview updates when you select Update preview.
Does SpectBill collect my customers’ payments?
No. You can include your own payment instructions on an invoice. Recording a document as paid is a manual record and does not move money.
How do paid subscriptions work?
Choose a plan to reach the order review page. Live subscriptions can be purchased only when a payment provider is connected. This edition does not collect card details or activate paid entitlements by itself.
Can I cancel a subscription?
If you have an active subscription, use the billing provider’s manage-subscription link or email support@spectbillltd.store. Include the purchase email and order reference, never your card number.
Is VAT calculated automatically?
The editor calculates the rate you enter. You are responsible for choosing the correct tax treatment and checking the finished document. SpectBill does not provide accounting or tax advice.
Are my invoices sent automatically?
No. Download a PDF and send it through your own email. The email action opens your mail application with a draft; it does not attach files or send automatically.
